Regain Media is a Quebec company founded in 2017 by Mikaël Bérubé. In the beginning the company was literally made up entirely of him, his computer and a dream of building the best marketing agency in the industry.

Since 2017, Regain Media has helped more than 200 real estate brokers, has become the leader in real estate lead generation throughout Quebec and is now expanding its horizons in all of Canada and the United States.

THE PROBLEM

The traditional prospecting methods of real estate agents are outdated and no longer work. Cold calling and door knocking have become hyper-competitive and take up too much time and energy for agents.


Many of them dream of becoming a successful real estate broker, building their successful team and helping more people sell their property for the best price and then buy their dream home, but don't know how to get there.


Most of them can give a great service to their clients, but don't know how to generate new qualified leads in the first place. This is where Regain Media comes in.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to completely reform the client acquisition method of real estate agents.


Having helped over 200 real estate brokers in Canada and the United States over the past 5 years, we have perfected a method of generating and qualifying leads that consistently brings results that no other real estate agency in Quebec has been able to to date.


We have more than ten interviews with some of our clients testifying their satisfaction with the results and the service we provide them.


We are proud to have generated $250,000 in commissions with $6,000 in advertising budget in the space of 6 months to one of our clients who is now on track to be ranked #1 in Canada at RE/MAX...

We believe what's best for our clients is best for everyone. If we need to reduce our profit margin in the short term in order to improve the client experience in the long term, we will. In the long run, this is what will make Regain Media completely dominate the real estate marketing industry.

We believe that most decisions should be made based on data, facts, figures and not opinions or guesses. We measure several important metrics on a daily basis in all departments of the company to do this.

We believe that the only thing that matters is bringing better results to our clients. While most marketing agencies spend their time figuring out ways to sell additional unnecessary services to their existing clients just to increase their revenue, we are racking our brains as to how we can improve our clients' results, even if they are already excellent.
